1. Order Processing

All orders placed through Inasca Cosmetics are fulfilled directly by our trusted third-party suppliers.

Once your order is placed, it enters processing within 1–3 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Times

Because we operate on a supplier-handled dropshipping model, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and warehouse location.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

High-Demand / Special Items: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, carrier issues, or high-volume seasons.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and shown at checkout.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly displayed on our store.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.

If tracking shows “in transit” for an extended period, this is normal for international shipments.

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
Inasca Cosmetics is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Delays caused by the courier

Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

If your order is returned to sender, we will assist you in arranging a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Some international orders may be subject to customs fees.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Multiple Items in One Order

Because our products are sourced from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages.

Each shipped item will have its own tracking number.
