Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Inasca Cosmetics. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before ordering.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic and beauty items, we can only offer refunds in the following cases:

βœ” Incorrect item received
βœ” Damaged or defective on arrival
βœ” Item not delivered after 45 days
βœ” Duplicate or accidental charges

Refunds are not provided for:

✘ Change of mind
✘ Items opened, used, or unsealed (for hygiene reasons)
✘ Shipping delays within the normal timeframe

2. Timeframe for Requests

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.

If your order never arrives, please contact us within 45 days of the order date.

3. Evidence Required

To process a refund, please email us the following:

Your order number

Clear photos or videos of any damaged or incorrect items

A brief description of the issue

Send all requests to: support@inasca.co.za

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

Processing can take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

You will be notified by email once the refund has been initiated

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

Delays caused by customs or courier

Items returned without approval

Orders with address errors made by the customer

Items marked as β€œdelivered” by the courier (unless proof of non-delivery is provided)

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing with the supplier and cannot be cancelled.
